Hi! I'm Michael!
I'm an experienced leader, data analyst, and am the Founder and Lead Consultant of Michael Bradley Consulting. My career started in education as a literacy tutor at a community college in NYC. I channeled my interests into studying psychology and research methods at Binghamton University and NYU. Over the course of my career, I've helped organizations make data-driven decisions in many different ways - including performance management, understanding organizational outcomes, and improving service delivery.
Before becoming an independent consultant, I led the Organizational Learning and Impact team at iMentor. My main responsibilities were to manage the team's day-to-day operations, hire and develop talent, and build the technological infrastructure to handle the organization’s data needs.
I'm excited to help you and your organization! This venture isn't just me though. I partner with other independent consultants with experience in data visualization, post-secondary access/success, organizational development and leadership, and public health to help my clients reach their goals.

On the personal side, I spent 14 years as a ski instructor and two seasons managing a youth baseball league. I grew up in New York City and am always happy to talk pizza and Yankees baseball with you. Right now, I live in Vancouver, Canada with my partner, our dog Tanuki, and cat Ruth.
